Her work blends practical decision support with a systems-informed understanding of how people, relationships, and structures shape what becomes possible.
She is less interested in performance for its own sake than in what becomes possible when people tell the truth, listen well, and make decisions they can stand behind. She believes clarity is relational, coherence matters under pressure, and better futures are built through the quality of the conversations we are willing to have.

Michelle Clarke is the founder of Next Gen Grit. She holds a Master’s in Leadership from Royal Roads University and works with founders, leadership teams, and groups across sectors in both for-profit and not-for-profit environments.
Jake Thiessen works with us to strengthen pattern recognition and collective sensemaking to deepen how certain conversations are held. His presence strengthens the clarity, reflection, and coherence that the work invites.
